TBS - Company

February 2005

Fiscal 2004 ended with the 42nd consecutive month of profitability
The strong performance was again a result of the growing acceptance of the Company's tissue processing product line, the ATP™ and its SHUR/Wave™ microwave processor. The Company is expecting an even stronger performance in fiscal 2005 as customers are realizing that innovative technology does not always emulate from the more established brands. TBS’ industry leading SHUR/Mark and SHUR/Mark Plus cassette and slide labelers continue to be the instruments of choice for customers throughout the industry.
