February 2005
Fiscal 2004 ended with
the 42nd consecutive month of profitability
The strong performance was again a result of the
growing acceptance of the Company's tissue processing
product line, the ATP™ and its
SHUR/Wave™ microwave processor.
The Company is expecting an even stronger performance
in fiscal 2005 as customers are realizing that innovative
technology does not always emulate from the more established
brands. TBS’ industry leading SHUR/Mark
and SHUR/Mark Plus
cassette and slide labelers continue to be the instruments
of choice for customers throughout the industry.

January 2004
TBS finishes Fiscal 2003 with 30 months of consecutive profitability.
Contributing to the strong performance was the growing acceptance of the Company's
tissue processing product line, the ATP and the SHUR/Wave microwave processor.
The Company is expecting an even stronger performance in fiscal 2004 as it begins to generate revenue from the increased market acceptance
of the the ATP tissue processor, the release of SHUR/Mount, an
automated coverslipper manufactured in Japan by Meisei (a leading international innovator of glass coverslippers)
the increase in international interest in TBS' entire product line and the introduction of a high-end tissue cassette
and microscope slide bar-code labeling technology, SHUR/Mark Plus,
that compliments the Company's popular SHUR/Mark®
labelling system.
