Rich Horne – Product Service Supervisor
Before starting with TBS as a technician in October 2002, Rich had over ten years experience working with a variety of scientific instrumentation, not only in repair but manufacturing, R&D and programming. He originally hails from Colorado where he received his bachelors degree from Colorado State University. Rich has been supervisor of the department since 2005 but still also takes to the road for field service work.
Daniel Terry – Lead Service Technician
The only native North Carolinian in the department, Daniel has been with TBS since August 2003. He brought with him formidable mechanical skills, and his years as a machinist gave him a true talent for precision and detail. His broad knowledge of TBS equipment coupled with his “road warrior” willingness to accept any field service challenges ensures top notch prompt service for our customers.
Tony Parsons – Product Service Technician
Tony came to Durham all the way from the Great White North (Newfoundland to be exact), where he graduated from our local technical college and immediately started his career with TBS in July 2004. In addition to his electronic and mechanical background, he also brings considerable computer experience, a great attitude and willingness to face all service challenges, at the shop or in the field.
Andrew Glover – Product Service Technician
Andrew started with TBS in August 2007 after relocating to Durham from South Carolina. He may be our “newest” technician but his 20 years of experience working with equipment at American Koyo guarantees quality service work for our customers. His varied skills set and educational background coupled with his calm, focused personality add another strong dimension to our product service team.
