SHUR/Safe™ Storage Cabinets, Lab Carts & Waste Disposal CansTBS’ SHUR/Safe™ Chemical Storage Cabinets are constructed of 18 gauge steel with 14 gauge doors and heavy duty welded 4" hinges. The sides, top, bottom and door are all double walled with a 1 1/2 inch airspace. Galvanized steel shelves support 350 pounds and can be adjusted on 2 1/2” increments. A 2" threaded vent w/ fire baffled cap is located on both sides for connecting an external exhaust system. Lockable flush mounting handle supplied w/ 2 keys. Complete with grounding lug for grounding by a licensed electrician. Cabinets come in yellow high gloss powder finish with safety signage in large red letters. Two inch leak proof door sill standard. Self closing doors shut, index & latch automatically as fusible link melts under fire conditions at 165°. Meets NFPA flammable liquid code #30 and OSHA standard 1910.106 for storage of class I, II and III liquids. |

  SHUR/SafeTM Lab Carts. TBS laboratory carts are manufactured from 304 stainless steel for years of dependable service. All welded construction provides years of reliability. Top shelf height is 38”. On the SS-C2, the clearance between the two shelves is 25”. On the 3 shelved SS-C3 model, the clearance between shelves is 12”. A 1 1/2” shelf lip helps protect shelf contents from inadvertently rolling off the cart. 5” urethane casters in SS brackets are bolted to the frame - two are rigid and two floating for ease of tracking. Protective anti-skid mat on top shelf included.

 TBS’ Safety Waste Disposal Cans handle flammable liquids safely and easily! Engineered to help prevent flammables from igniting and to protect personnel from the dangers of fire and explosion. Flashback is prevented by double-mesh flame arrestor screen inside spout. Spring-loaded cap closes automatically after pouring. Long-life synthetic gasket resists virtually all liquids and maintains a tight seal. Type 2 Filling Cans have an independent rapid fill opening and a 9" flexible metal nozzle for convenient pouring. |
